Product info
Our first workbench in a traditional American design stands out from other models due to its unique vise configuration. This model is equipped with a side vise identical to the front vise, significantly expanding its versatility. This is made possible by the prepared mounting for both spindles, which are already installed on the underside of the benchtop. As a result, you can flexibly adjust the vise positions as needed—placing both at the front, on the sides, or choosing a left- or right-handed configuration - all of this within few secounds.
Each vise is additionally equipped with a stabilizing screw-set that prevents unwanted racking. The result is extremely firm and precise clamping during work. Using the stabilizing screw-set, you can set the same thickness as the workpiece (material) you need to clamp at the edge of the vise. This ensures secure and stable clamping while eliminating the risk of vise misalignment.
The workbench is fitted with traditional bench dogs, allowing fine and precise adjustment according to the height of the material being worked.
The benchtop has a thickness of 100 mm and, unlike other models, this workbench does not include a rear tool well. It features a solid top with a total width of 650 mm.
A large number of holes provides excellent clamping versatility:
- 54 holes in the work surface
- 4 holes on each side of the front section
- 5 + 2 side holes in each vise jaw
This makes it easy to clamp materials of various shapes and lengths, including in a vertical position. Holes in the base further enable convenient vertical working of large workpieces, such as doors.
